Dharamshala: The Department of Finance, Central Tibetan Administration, is inviting bids for the rental of a space located on Bagsunag Road in Dharamshala. The reserve price for the shop begins from 20,000 rupees.
The successful bidder will be required to pay a ₹10,000 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and will not be allowed to withdraw from the agreement once the auction is concluded.
Interested parties are requested to submit the necessary documents, as outlined in the announcement, along with their proposed rental amount for the shop, in a sealed envelope to the address provided, by 27 March 2025.
