Dharamshala: The Department of Finance announces a shop space of 294 square feet, located inside the newly renovated CTA’s staff mess, for rent. The reserve price for the shop begins from 20,000 rupees and will be rented through a bidding process. The winning bidder has to make a payment of 10,000 EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and cannot withdraw from the contract after completion of the auction.

Interested applicants are requested to provide their required documents specified in the announcement, along with mentioning their proposed amount for renting the shop, in a sealed envelope to the following address by 15 September 2023.
