DHARAMSHALA: The Department of Religion and Culture of the Central Tibetan Administration will organise a prayer service at Tsuklakhang on Friday, 7 August from 4:00 to 5:00 pm.

The prayer service is being held to express solidarity with the departed souls of the Tibetan self-immolators, Tibetan political prisoners and those who continue to languish under the repressive measures of the Chinese government.
