CTA Publication at State Book Fair
Dharamsala, 5 January: Raja Virbhadra Singh, the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, visited the Central Tibetan Administration’s stall at the three – day Rajiv Gandhi book fair which opened today at the courtyard of Sainik guest house, lower Dharamshala. The Himachal Pradesh State Education Board, which organised the fair, has invited the Department of Information and International Relations of the Central Tibetan Administration to showcase books on His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibet.
More than 25 publishers from Punjab, Delhi and nearby areas have opened their stalls at the fair. Raja Virbhadara Singh was welcomed to the stall and presented a souvenir by an official of the Department of Information and International Relations.
Also displaying its educational books and materials was the TCV school’s Education Development and Resource Centre.
