Dharamshala: The President of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) Dr Lobsang Sangay will leave for Patna, Bihar tomorrow afternoon. President Dr Sangay is scheduled to meet with dignitaries in Patna and Delhi. Upon the completion of the visit, the President will return on 23 January 2020.
