Dharamshala: The President of the Central Tibetan Administration, Dr Lobsang Sangay will attend the Long Life Prayer Offering to His Holiness the Dalai Lama by the Central Tibetan Administration on 31 December at Bodhgaya.

Dr Sangay will also be meeting with officials and dignitaries upon his arrival in Delhi tomorrow. He will return from this official visit on 3 January 2019.
