Dharamshala: Amid the calamitous second wave of Covid-19 pandemic raging in India, the Central Tibetan Administration has issued an urgent appeal to Tibetan communities worldwide to contribute to India’s ongoing COVID-19 relief measures to PM CARES Fund.

Following the lead of the Himachal Pradesh government and staff, it is also announced that the officials and staff of CTA will contribute its per day salary to the PM CARES fund to aid the government’s efforts in fighting the pandemic.

Meanwhile, individuals, organisations, institutions are urged to build on the effort and contribute to the PM CARES through the respective Settlement Offices based in India and Offices of Tibet abroad latest by 7 May 2021.

Settlement Offices and Offices of Tibet have been advised to initiate the collection efforts immediately.
