CTA OFFER PRAYER OF CONDOLENCE OVER THE DEMISE OF FORMER INDIAN PM AND THE VICTIMS OF THE MUMBAI TERRORIST TRAGEDY
Dharamsala: The Central Tibetan Administration expressed its heartfelt condolence and solidarity over the twin tragedy of the demise of the former Indian Prime Minister, Mr. V.P Singh who passed away on 27 November and the terrorist attacks in Mumbai, which led to the lost of many lives.
The attacks that started at around 9 PM on the 26th of November at major hotels and railway stations in Mumbai were unprecedented in its scale in the history of India. As a mark of respect and solidarity, the office of kashag circulated a decree following which CTA staff members congregated to offer an hour-long prayer at 3pm. The offices remained close after the prayer.
