DHARAMSHALA: The Central Tibetan Administration express deep condolences over attack by armed gunmen on a French magazine’s office in Paris which left 12 people dead.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families of all those who were killed and injured in yesterday’s tragic incident. Violence in any form against the universal principle of freedom of expression is unfortunate.
