DHARAMSHALA: Department of Information and International Relations has been organising Community Workshop on Umaylam for Tibetan youngsters, the sole purpose of the workshop is to spread awareness about the essence of the Middle Way Approach (Umaylam).

Community Workshop on Umaylam held at TCV Gopalpur from 13-15 and 16-17 of March 2016.  The first session was attended by twenty students from class XII and the second session was attended by nineteen students from class X.

The students engaged in a thought-evoking discussions through exchange of ideas about the Middle Way Approach. Furthermore, all the participants were allowed to use their own creativity making the workshop more interesting and learning oriented.

The workshop was facilitated by Ms Kalden Tsomo, Mr Tenzin Jamchhen and Ms Tenzin Tashi.
