
DHARAMSHALA: The Representative at the Office of Tibet in Taiwan and Chinese liaison officers of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) based in the US, Europe and Australia visited Dharamsala to share their experiences in reaching out to the Chinese people.
Representative Dawa Tsering and the three liaison officers – Mr Kunga Tashi, Ms Dhadon and Mr Lobsang Nyima working at offices of Tibet in New York, Australia and Geneva respectively– met with Sikyong Dr Lobsang Sangay and Kalon Dicki Chhoyang of the Department of Information & International Relations on 3 September.
They also met with officials of the Tibet Policy Institute, a think tank, and other staff of the CTA .
The CTA appointed the liaison officers in its effort to reach out to the Chinese people to raise their understanding on the issue of Tibet.
