DHARAMSHALA: The Central Tibetan Administration has expressed its greetings to Dr Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief minister of Himachal Pradesh, who is currently in Dharamshala for the winter session of the Himachal Pradesh legislative assembly on 21 December.

Home Kalon Dolma Gyari and Deputy speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, visited Dr Dhumal at the Himachal Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) and expressed their greetings on behalf of the Central Tibetan Administration.
