Dharamshala: In the early morning on the First Day of Tibetan Losar (21 February 2023), led by Speaker Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, Deputy Speaker Dolma Tsering, Security Kalon Gyari Dolma, Kalon Norzin Dolma of the Department of Information and International Relations-CTA, Tibetan Parliamentarians, Auditor General Arya Pema Dadul, Cabinet Secretary Tsegyal Chukya Dranyi and CTA staff along with the monks of Namgyal Monastery gathered at Thekchen Choeling Tsuglagkhang to celebrate the Tsedor, a ceremony that was practised since second Dalai Lama.
The ritual observance began with a prayer service followed by an offering of the mandala to His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s throne from the heads of CTA’s three pillars.
