Dharamshala: Tibet TV invites applications for the 2026 edition of the Living Culture Doc Forum (LCDF), a platform dedicated to documenting and showcasing Tibetan cultural practices that continue to thrive in the present day. Filmmakers interested in capturing contemporary expressions of Tibetan heritage are encouraged to apply.

Each selected filmmaker will receive a grant of INR 2,50,000/- at the start of their project (TDS included).
