Assembly Donates 2 Days’ Pay for quake victims

Dharamshala: As an expression of solidarity, members of the standing committee of the Assembly have donated two days’ pay of their salary for the relief of quake victims in Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir.
The 13 odd staff of the Assembly of the Tibetan People’s Deputies have donated a day’s pay to the relief fund.
Earlier this month, Kalon Tripa and the three Kalons donated two days’ pay of their salary and over 500 Tibetan civil servants donated a day’s pay of their October salary.
