Job Vacancy for the post of Participatory Community Development Facilitators and Data Managers for Workforce Information System project
Department of Home, Central Tibetan Administration is seeking an energetic, motivated, social minded and responsible persons for the post of Participatory Community Development Facilitators and database managers on initial two years contractual basis for our new project “Community Development – integrated Settlement Development plan” program (CD-ISDP) and “Tibetan workforce Information system” program (WFIS) under USAID 2017-2021 grant.

Qualifications
- Graduates in any discipline preferably in any MA/BA social science subjects such as Social work/Sociology/Development studies
- Preference to graduate in any other streams with diploma in Community Development/ Rural Development/ Gender studies from recognized institutes
- Prior working experience in development sector/ NGOs
- Good understanding of Tibetan community in South Asia
- Post: Database managers for Workforce Information system

Qualifications
Graduate in Bachelor of Engineer (BE) – (Computer Science), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
- Prior working experience in Technology sector will be preferred
- Good understanding of Tibetan community in South Asia
Requirements
- Copies of valid Green book and Registration Certificates (RC)
- Copies of the college mark sheet and certificate
- Medical certificate from certified doctor
- Character certificate from your local Settlement officer
- No objection certificate if the applicant is currently working in any organization
- Birth certificate or class 10th pass certificate if any
Applicants should have a capability to communicate fluently in Tibetan and English and are willing to do extensive travel within India whenever required. All the documents mentioned above must be attested by a CTA gazette officer or concerned Settlement Officer.
Salary of around `25,000 per month inclusive of all benefits.
