Tibetan Delek Hospital commemorates 43rd founding anniversary on 22nd October, 2014. His Eminence the 17th Karmapa Ogyen Thinley Dorjee is the Chief Guest on this occasion and the officials from the Central Tibetan Administration and the members of Parliament attended the ceremony.
