Dharamshala: Sikyong Penpa Tsering, on behalf of the Central Tibetan Administration and the Tibetan people, today wrote a letter to the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Shri Pema Khandu, congratulating him on the victory in the recent state assembly election.

Sikyong wrote, “The overwhelming mandate you’ve secured reflects the unwavering trust and confidence the people of Arunachal Pradesh have in your leadership. I am confident that under your leadership, Arunachal Pradesh will continue to prosper and flourish.”

“Your steadfast friendship with the Tibetan people and unwavering devotion to His Holiness the Dalai Lama is a constant source of great encouragement for us. Your leadership, in particular, has been instrumental in advancing the welfare and prosperity of the Tibetan community in the state, for which we remain deeply grateful.”

Sikyong further offered his prayers in the letter to CM Pema Khandu for a successful tenure.
