DHARAMSHALA:
The 3rd Ambedkari Yuwa Sahitya Sammelan at its public meet held on 2
January 2011 at Wardha, Maharashtra, passed a resolution urging the
Government of India to take serious initiative to start bilateral talks
with the People’s Republic of China for freedom in Tibet as requested
by Mr Arvind Nikose, President of Ambedkari Sahitya Parishad and a
member of Indian Core Group for Tibetan Cause.The Ambedkari
Sahitya Sammelan represents the cream of the Ambedkari Buddhists of
India, mainly comprising of think tanks, intellectuals and opinion
makers. Earlier in the day, the Sammelan was inaugurated by Deputy
Speaker (TPiE) Mrs Gyari Dolma at a gathering of over two thousand
Ambedkaris.”
