Taipei: Representative Kelsang Gyaltsen Bawa and staff from the Office of Tibet in Taiwan today received the arrival of the 11th Kirti Rinpoche Lobsang Tenzin Jigme Yeshe Gyamtso Rinpoche at Taipei.
Kasur Kirti Rinpoche lauded the Representative and staff for their efforts in highlighting and advocating Tibet’s cause amid Taiwan’s great potential to draw global attention due to its ongoing crises with the Chinese Communist Party. Additionally, Rinpoche also recalled witnessing the ceremony of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Geshe Lharampa (equivalent to the highest doctorate in Buddhist philosophy) examinations in Lhasa during the interactive communication.
Rinpoche was introduced to Office’s new Buddhist teacher and the staff.
