Tibetan Career Centre , managed by Youth Empowerment support (yes), Department of home , Central Tibetan Administration is offering certified Web designing and basic computer course in Dharamsala aiming to upgrade the computer skills among Tibetan youth for the better job opportunities. The course is certified by IACT (Institute for Advanced Computer Technology) The centre is equipped with 20 computers and audio visual presentation.

Duration: 4 months.
