Dharamshala: The Department of Finance announces the availability of a 294-square-foot shop space for rent, located above the Central Tibetan Administration’s staff mess. The reserve price starts at ₹10,000, and the shop will be rented through a bidding process.

The winning bidder must pay an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,000, which will be non-refundable after the completion of the auction. In addition, the winning bidder shall be liable to pay 18% GST on the final bid amount.

Interested applicants are requested to submit the required documents specified in the announcement, along with their proposed rental amount, in a sealed envelope to the address provided below by 3 October 2025.
