150 Recent Refugees Get Audience from His Holiness

Dharamshala: After taking complete rest, His Holiness the Dalai Lama yesterday noon gave an audience to about 150 recent refugees from Tibet.

Because of exhaustion after a hectic schedule in June, His Holiness was advised complete rest by his doctors.

“I am well and fine,” His Holiness was quoted as having said in yesterday’s audience, which also had over 40 people from the Himalayan region.

His Holiness is expected in mid-August to give teachings to a group of Koreans.
