Dharamshala: Women’s Empowerment Desk organised SGBV Guideline Orientation, Internal Complaint Committee Training, Settlement SGBV Committee Training and Gender Sensitisation workshop to Odisha Phuntsokling Tibetan Settlement, Mainpat Phendeling Tibetan Settlement and STS Mainpat School from 7th Sept – 18th Sept 2023.
This workshop aims to raise awareness of the CTA’s SGBV Guideline and capacitate the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) at the workplace and SGBV committee members at the settlement towards prevention/prohibition and redressal of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence. The Gender Sensitisation workshop aims to create dialogue in the community on understanding gender equality and equity.
Tibetan Women Helpline staff oriented their work on the prevention and redressal of SGBV in the Tibetan community.
