Dharamshala: Sikyong Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration today expressed his greetings to Archbishop Desmond Tutu of South Africa on the latter’s 90th birthday. Archbishop Desmond Tutu is a close friend of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and has co-authored with His Holiness the Dalai Lama the book titled ‘The Book of Joy: Lasting Happiness in a Changing World’.

In the birthday greeting expressed on Sikyong’s official twitter handle, Sikyong Penpa Tsering wrote:
