
Security Kalon Joins Prayer Service at Frankfurt Tibet House, Meets German Tibet Supporters
Dharamshala: On 11 January 2025, a gathering was held at the Tibet House in Frankfurt, presided over by Thoesam Rinpoche. The meeting was attended by Security Kalon Dolma Gyari, Dr Carsten Klein, Director of Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF), Kai Muller, Executive Director of the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) Germany, the President of the Local Tibetan Association and members of the local Tibetan community.
The gathering commenced with a prayer service for those who recently lost their lives in the devastating earthquake in the Dingri area of Shigatse, Tibet. Special prayers were also offered for the swift relief from physical and emotional suffering being endured by the surviving family members of the victims.
Addressing the gathering, Thoesam Rinpoche shared an overview of the current activities undertaken by Tibet House and highlighted its upcoming projects and initiatives.
Security Kalon Dolma Gyari expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for their continued support of the Tibetan people and their cause. As a gesture of appreciation, she presented the foundation with a thangka (traditional Tibetan scroll painting) of the Buddha.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks to all participants for their presence and solidarity.
