The Department of Education (DoE), Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) is happy to announced Global Leadership Incubator (GLI) scholarship, US to study undergraduate program at top-notch colleges/universities in US. Those interested students are therefore, advised to send us your application by 23th November, 2015 with the following documents:

a) Student should graduate class XII Board Exam in 2015 with 75% and above (mark sheet copy).
b) Photocopies of his/her Registration Certificate (RC) duly extended
c) Photocopies of his/her Green Book duly paid.

All the photocopies submitted must be attested either by a CTA gazettes officer (the rank of Joint Secretary and above) or Settlement Officer.

All the eligible candidates will be contacted to take TOEFL Diagnostic Test, which will be administered at Delhi and Bangalore, respectively for the convenience of the students studying in North and South India. Please specify the location you would like to take the TOEFL diagnostics test in your application. The diagnostic tests will be administered by GLI and DoE coordinators on 29th November, 2015. The individual students will be informed by email only.

Students, who scored 100 or more marks in the TOEFL diagnostics test which is adapted from iBT TOEFL resource will be call for interview. The location and exact date of the interview will be intimated later. The selected students in the final round will have to write a personal statement and also need to take a regular TOEFL test acquire at least 100 marks.
