      DHARAMSHALA: Wangchen Norbu, a 25 year old Tibetan youth, set himself on fire yesterday (19 November) near Gaden Choepheling monastery in Domey Tsoshar, north-eastern Tibet around 8 pm local time. He died on the spot. While engulfed in flames, he was calling for the return of His Holiness the Dalai lama to Tibet, the release of the 11th Panchen Lama and freedom for Tibetans, eyewitnesses said. More
