Kullu, Manali: As per the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-exile’s Tibetan settlements visitation and assessment program, Parliamentarian Serta Tsultrim began his visit to kullu Manali Tibetan settlement on 1 July.

He visited a few Monasteries and nunneries in the settlement. Parliamentarian Serta Tsultrim visited Youlo Koe settlement and Pal Rabling settlement in Kullu.

On 2 July, He visited Mentsee-Khang, Manali Sambhota school and vocational training centre.

On 3 July He gave a public talk to the members of the settlement in Patlikul vocational training centre’s hall.

Mr Serta Tsultrim also answered and clarified the doubts and questions from the members of the settlement.
