Secretary Palden Dhondup of the Department of Health along with Settlement Officer Kunga Tsering wiith the new wet waste truck.

Dharamshala: The Tibetan settlement in Dahramshala will have a brand new wet watse truck to collect the wet watse on a daily basis starting from today.

This service is funded by the H.H the Dalai Lama Charitable Trust and supported in the initiative by the Department of Health.

The new wet waste truck was inaugurated by the  Secretary Mr. Palden Dhondup of the Department of Health. The inauguration was held near the T building at CTA with the presence of Tibetan Settlement Officer Mr. Kunga Tsering, Deputy Secretary of Dept. of Health Mrs. Kunsang and the environmental coordinator of T.S.O Mr. Ngawang Sonam.

The new wet watse truck will enable better efficiency in combating the watse problems in the community.
