His Holiness the Dalai Lama to address members of the Indian Parliament

Dharamshala: On 6 December, His Holiness the Dalai Lama will address members of the Indian Parliament at the Parliament Annexe Building in New Delhi, as requested by the All Party Indian Parliamentary Forum for Tibet. His Holiness will later open the floor for a question and answer session.
On the following day, His Holiness the Dalai Lama will attend the felicitation event for Shri Rabi Ray, former speaker of the Lok Sabha, lower house of the Indian parliament, at the Marvallanka Hall.
Shri Satya Prakash Malviya, a former union minister of the government of India and chairman of the Shri Rabi Ray felicitation function, will welcome His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama will also release the Rabi Ray felicitation souvenir. Later His Holiness will address the august gathering and express his appreciation to Shri Rabi Ray for his service to the people of India and for his consistent support for the cause of Tibet.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama will return to Dharamshala the same day.
