New Delhi: The India Tibet Coordination Office convened a webinar on ‘Future Strategy of Deepening Relation between India & Tibet and Protest against Chinese Communist Regime’ participated by members of Core Group, Tibet Support Group, India Tibet Friendship Society and others on 21 July.
Sh. R. K. Khrimey National Convener of Core Group for Tibetan Cause-India who introduced the session congratulated the members for participating in such important events and commended the current Modi government for the stance they have taken against the Chinese Communist Regime.
He stressed that the issue of Tibet is crucial, not only for Tibet but for the whole Himalaya region and so, to keep the hope alive, the Core group Members should stand, support and keep the flame of Tibbat Mukti Sadhna alive.
Further, National Co-Convener Southern Region Mr Amruth Joshi shared his views that the relation between India & Tibet goes beyond security and what connects India and Tibet is its Spiritual (Guru-Shishya) relation, a culture that shares similarity as apparent in the border region and the Tibetan medicine.
The National Co-Convener Northern region Dr K. C. Agnihotri stressed that the Chinese Communist Regime has taken many brutal and inhumane measures to destroy the spirit of Tibetan people but they have failed so far. He added that to destroy the spirit of Tibetans they are trying to destroy the Institution of Dalai Lama and Panchen Lama while also condemning the inhumane act against Tibetans in particular and humanity in general.
National Co-Convener Eastern Region Mr Surender Kumar also condemned the expansionist policy of the Chinese Communist Regime. He pointed out the failure of the 18 rounds of talks with the Chinese government during Prime Minister Modi government and suggested that the Indian Government should create a strong policy against the Chinese Communist regime.
There was an overwhelming consensus among the over 35 participants for adopting new measures and strategies to reckon with Chinese Communist policies. They also suggested that more such webinars should be initiated so that more people can join this movement to understand the brutal expansionist policy of the Chinese Communist regime throughout the world and before it’s too late to protect the great Himalaya region from being destroyed.
