Administrative Section
The Administrative Section of the DIIR is responsible for the
administration of the two divisions and other sections placed under the
administration of the DIIR viz. Tibetan Computing Resource Centre and
Narthang Press. It comprises of:
- Accounts Desk
The Accounts Desk prepares budgets and keeps accounts of the DIIR.
- Circulation and Distribution Desk
The Circulation and Distribution Desk handles the subscription, circulation and distribution of all the DIIR publications.
- Documentation Centre
This
Centre collects materials on Tibet for use by researchers. The
materials thus collected are indexed and filed so that they become
easily accessible to all.
- Personal Secretary and Reception
This category comprises of personal secretaries of Kalon and secretaries, and receptionist of the DIIR.
- General Staff
This category has all the rest of the staff like peons, drivers, etc.
