Los Angeles:  Ven Karma Gelek Yuthok, Kalon for Department of Religion and Culture of Central Tibetan Administration attended the World Fellowship of Buddhist’s Forum on Buddhism and Business organised by the International Network of Love-in-Action (INLA) and Universal Buddhists Education Foundation (UBEF) in Los Angeles.

The objective of this Forum is to enable WFB Regional Centres to get together to exchange ideas and expertise on Buddhism and Business, furthermore, to facilitate the success of all devotees who support and maintain the Buddhist community from the economic perspective. The Forum concluded on 9 September.

Besides participating in the WFB’s 5th Forum on Socio-Economic Development, Kalon as a chief guest also addressed a meeting on the Tibetan Association of Southern California in commemorating the 58th Tibetan Democracy Day.

Kasur Pema Chhonjor was present at the meeting as a Special Guest. Further more, Kalon also paid a  courtesy visit to four Tibetan Buddhist Centres based in LA.

Religion and Culture Kalon will leave for Dharamshala tomorrow.
