Dharamsala: President Dr Lobsang Sangay, Central Tibetan Administration on Monday laid the foundation stone of a new auditorium for the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts, Dharamsala.

The religious ceremony was led by Keutsang Rinpoche, Geshe Lobsang Dakpa and monks of Namgyal Monastery and attended by Kalon Karma Gelek Yuthok, Department of Religion and Culture, Secretary Karma Singey, Department of Education, Additional Secretary Ngawang Yonten, Director Wangdue Tsering, TIPA and members of TIPA.

Keutsang Rinpoche remarked that the ceremony for the new construction was held on a very auspicious time and day, and congratulated the members of the Institute.
