Dharamshala: As per the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile’s program to meet various dignitaries and advocate for Tibet’s cause, a three-member delegation of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile is scheduled to visit Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya from 2 July to 3 August.
The Delegation include Parliamentarians Pema Jungney, Yangchen Dolkar and Ven Kunga Sotop.
The parliamentarians will reach Guwahati on 4 July. From 5 to 8 July, they will commence with their official engagements at Guwahati and thereafter depart for Itanagar, Bomdila, Tawang, Shillong and Guwahati respectively.
15th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile initiated the first Tibetan advocacy campaign.
