Dharamshala: His Holiness the Dalai Lama returned to his exile residence in the northern Indian hill town of Dharamshala on 19 October, 2017 from his maiden visit to Manipur.

Hundreds of Tibetans, holding ceremonial Tibetan white scarves and incense sticks, lined the streets to give a warm welcome to the 82-year old Tibetan spiritual leader.

Kalons and officials of the Central Tibetan Administration and the heads of Tibetan non-governmental organisations received His Holiness at the airport.

His Holiness will give a talk at a national conference on Science, Religion and World Peace in the morning at the Government College organized by the Bhaktivedanta Institute, Karnal on 7 November, 2017.
