Dharamshala: Social and Resource Development Fund (SARD), Department of Finance, CTA organised a two-day training on legal aspects of Non- Profit Organisation at Nyatri hall on 11 September.

The primary objective of the training was to enhance and update the knowledge of CTA Accountants with new provisions amended under FCRA and Income tax rules and regulations.

Led by Resource person, Puran Jha, Centre for Promoting Accountability (CPA) service, the training saw participation of over 32 CTA officials.

The two-day training covered topics such as Society Registration Act, Foreign Contribution Registration Act (FCRA), Income Tax Rules and Regulation and overview of GST applications.

The program was funded by SOIR-IM.
