Dharamshala: Former Indian Foreign Secretary, Amb Kanwal Sibal visited the Tibetan parliament today to witness the ongoing proceedings of the third session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile.

The Ambassador was accompanied by his wife Elisabeth Sibal and his sister, Ms Asha Nanda.

Other notable observers for today’s session were Rikki Hdye Chambers, Chairman of Tibet Society and a three-member delegation of Indian journalists.
