NEW DELHI: Before departing from Delhi to Itanagar, Home Kalon Gyari Dolma with Representative Kasur Tenpa Tsering called on the newly appointed Joint Secretary Mr. Dilip Kumar (IAS) of the freedom Fighters and Rehabilitation (FFR) division in the Ministry of Home Affairs, who has taken charge from Mr. Pathak (IAS)

The Freedom Fighters & Rehabilitation (FFR) Division is the concerned division in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) for Rehabilitation of refugees. Various aspects of Tibetan rehabilitation were discussed and also submissions made. Also present at the meeting were Mr. Chhimey Rigzin, Additional Secretary, Department of Home, CTA, MHA Deputy Secretary Mr. Parida and Mr. Phuntsok, Deputy Secretary, Department of Home, CTA. The delegation described the meeting very ‘positive and encouraging’.

Earlier in the day, the delegation along with Israeli agronomist expert (partners of Department of Home Agriculture division) met with the concerned officials in the Israeli embassy to discuss ongoing project and explore new avenues.
