DHARAMSHALA: The Bureau office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, New Delhi,  has issued a circular announcing new online application system for the Tibetan Identity Certificate (IC).

IC application can now be submitted online using online form or e-Form options from passport seva website http://www.passportindia.gov.in.
