JAKARTA: Kalon Dicki Chhoyang and Ms Kalden Tsomo, Under Secretary for DIIR Human Rights Desk, participated in the Second International Conference on Human Rights, Peace and Conflict in Southeast Asia in Jakarta on 17-18 October, 2012.  During this first visit to Indonesia, Kalon Dicki Chhoyang will also be meeting with non-governmental organizations and members of the local community. Indonesia is one of ten Member States of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations).
