DHARAMSHALA: The upcoming 2nd Special General Meeting of Tibetans in Dharamsala will be broadcast live on Tibetonline TV.
Viewers can watch the live webcast of the opening session on 25 September, and Tenshug (long life prayer for His Holiness the Dalai Lama) ceremony and closing session on 28 September. (Click here to view schedule)
More than 400 Tibetan delegates from across the world will be attending the special meeting to discuss ways and means to deal with the urgent and critical situation inside Tibet.
