It is to inform the general public that Tibetans who possess teaching degrees with minimum qualification of B.A. B.Ed/ B.Sc. B.Ed or equivalent degrees from recognized educational institutions and still unemployed, may write to the Department of Education CTA Dharamsala (education@tibet.net) with copies of all the certificates and degrees latest by November 30, 2012.
