His Holiness the Dalai Lama to Visit Ireland, Sweden and Denmark[Monday, 11 April 2011, 4:49 p.m.]

The programmes in Dublin and at the University of Limerick are coordinated by “Children in Crossfire”, an organisation founded by His Holiness’s friend Richard Moore (left).

DHARAMSHALA: His Holiness the Dalai Lama has left Dharamsala today for visits to Ireland, Sweden and Denmark from 13 to 18 April 2011.His Holiness will participate in the POSSIBILITIES 2011 Social Forum and give a talk on A Call for Universal Responsibility in the morning being organised by SpunOut.ie, Afri and Children in Crossfire in Dublin on 13 April.On the same day His Holiness will give a public talk on ‘The Spirituality of Compassion’ at St. Brigid’s Catholic Church Public Talk in Kildare.He will visit Limerick on the next day to give a talk on ‘The Power of Forgiveness’ at the University of Limerick. His Holiness will next visit Sweden to give a public talk at Soderton University and to attend an event organised the Swedish organisation Individuell Människöhjälp.His Holiness will give a talk on ‘A Human Approach to World Peace’ organised and held at Soderton University in Stockholm on 15 April.On the same day His Holiness will participate in an event titled Meet the Dalai Lama organised by Individuell Människöhjälp. His Holiness will give teachings on ‘Seven Point Mind Training (lojong donduna)’ in the morning at the Tivoli Congress Center in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 18 April. In the afternoon His Holiness will give a public talk on What Life Is All About at the same venue.
